Capability is not scarce on this continent. Studios in Lagos, Cotonou, Abuja, Kinshasa and the diaspora produce work at a standard that needs no defending.
What is scarce is the infrastructure that turns capability into ownership: the capital, the venues, the contracts, the delivery structure that lets a practice keep the upside of its own work.
Hëritaj exists between those two facts. Access assembles the team. Studio and Spaces hold the product and the ground. Ventures supplies the capital. Institute holds the mandates that belong to no single client.
